Stage 3 - Confirmation of order

To confirm an order for handmade furniture or kitchens, a signed contract and the specified deposit (normally one third of the total costs) are required.
Planet Furniture will then proceed with the finer details of your project.
A detailed plan, front elevation drawings, a specification and confirmation of order, including a payment schedule, will be presented to yourselves.
We will allocate provisional manufacturing and installation dates.

Stage 4 - Final survey

A final site survey will be made: minor alterations may be necessary at this point, which will be discussed with you.
The final specification and working drawings are prepared ready for manufacturing.
A copy will be forwarded for you to check and sign.

Stage 5 - Manufacture

Your furniture is now in production and all appliances/accessories and any additional fixtures and fittings are placed on order.
Approximately 6 weeks prior to installation is a comfortable time to have all this information together for us to process your order correctly.
