'After moving house we decided to completely redesign the layout of the interior. This involved creating a new living area centred around an unusual kitchen. The problem we had was finding someone who could understand our ideas and put them onto paper; as well as introduce us to further design features.

We spent several weeks visiting several 'quality' kitchen companies but were unsure whether the end result would justify the high price.

Then we discovered Planet Kitchens in Hitchin, and although the showroom at the time was still under construction, we were immediately instilled with confidence by the courteous individual approach of Russell and all the staff.

Over the next few weeks we worked together on creating our 'dream kitchen', and instead of it being stressful it became a real pleasure. Russell and the kitchen design staff were able to accommodate all our ideas and bring them to life in the drawings; and more importantly convince us that it would all 'work'.

When the day came for delivery and installation everything went according to plan and the finished kitchen is of an extremely high standard both as regard to materials used and skilled labour employed. Not only that, but the kitchen / living room we created is a pleasure to spend time in, even now months on, we talk about it nearly every day.

Needless to say, everyone who visits our home remarks on the quality and design. Well done Planet; you deserve to do well.'
